Job Description
Manage and direct all culinary team members. Develop and produce all weekly and seasonal menu's . Ensure all BEO's and meal services meet our high standards. Train and develop team members. Interact with the members using the highest degree of professionalism. Communicate effectively with all team members. Work within budgeted food, labor and supply costs. Plan and execute all holiday parties and member events. Work closely with dining room, bar and delivery staff.
Required Experience
Strong culinary experience and knowledge .Utilize a variety of cooking techniques. Scratch cooking, ala minute and plated banquet experience . HACCP, scheduling, ordering and production planning. Food Safety and sanitation.
Required Education
High school diploma at minimum.
Salary
