Job Description
The CDM will provide oversight and direction to the full function of our Dietary Department. They will enjoy having an experienced Kitchen Manager to assist with daily supervision of the Kitchen. The CDM will ensure that the residents are provided with exceptional quality and great tasting food that is possible, following dietary guidelines with a mind to cost effectiveness. They will work with our local Dietician to plan and execute unique menus and meal plans. The CDM will be skilled at overseeing and managing staff members whose main goal is to satisfy our residents' Dietary needs. While the employees will create and implement the plans of the CDM, the CDM will have ultimate responsibility for the quality of food coming out of our kitchen.

Required Experience
1 year in a nursing facility or similar position
