Job Description
The Sous Chef ensures the production and presentation of quality food in compliance with accepted sanitation and nutrition guidelines for residents, staff, and guests by coordinating, in the absence or as directed by the Executive sous Chef, production activities and assisting in the supervision and training of production and utility staff. Full Job description will be provided upon interview.
Required Experience
Five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience in the food service industry, preferably including at least one (1) year of supervisory experience in an institutional setting.
