Assistant Manager of Nutritional Services, Springville NY
Full Time. Days/Eves. Weekend rotations.
As a key member of our Nutritional Services Team, you'll assure all food/meals prepared for Hospital Patients and Nursing Home Residents and for Cafeteria customers is high quality and prepared under HACCP safe and sanitary conditions. This role is great for kitchen supervisors or cook supervisors within the dietary, restaurant, food services, hotel, hospitality areas.
Working Hours: Will work Full Time Days. Early mornings through early evening depending on the day. No later than 7:00pm. Weekend rotations are required.
Support Manager of Food Services in coordinating and directing food service and nutritional care areas
Supervise staff.
Monitor food production and quality.
Monitor meal service for patient intakes, substitution requsts and menu development.
Supervise tray line ensuring all menus are accurately followed.
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED
Three (3) years of related experience in Food Services and/or training
Must successfully complete Certified Dietary Manager course within Two (2) years of hire
Must successfully complete Serve Safe Certification within 6 to 12 months of hire

Compensation is based on experience, and starts at $17.00 per hour.
Required Education

Salary
