We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Director (Certified Dietary Manager, CDM) to join our team! (Candidates without CDM will also be considered for a position). The Culinary Director organizes, coordinates, and supervises the dietary personnel, work, food productions and food service. This position must provide clinical management support. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and advocate for Elder centered/directed care to team members, families, physicians, allied health professionals and the at-large community.
Required Experience
Clinical and cooking experience required.
Required Education
The Certified Dietary Manager must be a graduate of an approved Certified Dietary Manager’s course that meets the state and federal care regulations.
