Job Description
  • Lead and supervise Health Center dining staff
  • Assist with menu planning based on resident needs and preferences
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards
  • Oversee food ordering and inventory with culinary team
  • Maintain accurate diet records and tray card systems
  • Participate in QAPI and leadership meetings
  • Conduct monthly staff in-services and training
  • Elevate dining presentation and overall resident experience
  • Model and promote a culture of hospitality and respect
                         

Required Experience
Certified Dietary Manager (or actively pursuing certification) or Registered Dietitian 2+ years of food service leadership experience (healthcare preferred)
            
Required Education
CDM Certification (CEUs)
      
Salary
$70,000-$75,000
